A growing-window rank-1 OLS weight-projection de-staler that moves the anchor's evaluation point from the stale snapshot toward current weights — additive to signed_ema, zero extra communication, self-gating on incoherent data (Big-Math), byte-identical when disabled. Includes the confirmed cadence/delay semantics, cost analysis, failure modes, config toggles, and a GPU-free offline gate as step 1.
